WHISTLEBLOWING
The Argea Group pays particular attention to the prevention of risks that could compromise the responsible and sustainable management of its business.
To this end, special channels have been set up to receive reports of violations of regulations, as indicated in the procedure set out below (‘Whistleblowing Procedure’), to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and activities carried out and to protect the company's position and image that could cause damage or harm to the company, also ensuring compliance with the regulatory provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing (hereinafter the ‘Whistleblowing Decree’), as well as the indications provided by ANAC.
Reporting any dishonest conduct that may result in fraud or that represents a risk of harm to colleagues and shareholders, or that constitutes acts of a detrimental or illegal nature to the interests and reputation of the company itself, can be an effective form of combating corruption, if properly regulated.
To this end, the Argea Group has equipped itself with an IT tool that, in accordance with the Whistleblowing Decree, guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report in the management of the report.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the current Privacy Policy in full respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular regard to the confidentiality of the identity of the persons involved and the security of the processing also in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree.
