SENSORY SCIENCES: SO MUCH USEFUL FOR TALKING ABOUT WINE!

The Priocca headquarters of Mondodelvino hosted an interesting workshop, organised by the Working Group SISS (Italian Society of Sensory Sciences) Food & Beverage Sensory Network, on sensory science as an effective tool for describing wines.
One of the purposes is to objectively analyse all the sensory characteristics of our wines, how these evolve over time, and to support other Company departments in dealing with changes in specific organoleptic characteristics during ageing or as a result of variations in process variables.
